Organization

The general meeting of members is held every year: it approves the appointment of the permanent members of the Board of Directors. These permanent members are the delegates of the founding member associations and those of associations producing more than 100 000 T of emulsion per year. The general assembly also elects non permanent directors making up one third of the Board.

The Chairman is elected for two years, renewable once.
