2026 is the first year of the “15th Five-Year Plan” for the in-depth promotion of the “reduced carbon” strategy.
China’s highway maintenance industry has declared the end of the extensive new constrction expansion and fully entered a key transformation period with quality improvement as the core coupled with the increase in continuous maintenance demand brought about by the acceleration of urban renewal and the deepening of rural revitalization.
Emulsified asphalt is key to industry development as the core material for green, low-carbon and fast maintenance of roads becoming the core engine driving the transformation and upgrading of the industry. There is consensus at present for the need to launch intelligent maintenance equipment, research and development of high-quality and high-performance materials and improve industry standards. A new pattern of intelligent and green asphalt road maintenance is taking shape in China. In this critical window period of industry change, building a cutting-edge technology exchange platform, sharing practical experience and achievements, and gathering the joint force of industrial coordinated development have become urgent needs to promote high-quality development of the industry.
The “38th China Emulsified Asphalt Association Technology 2026 Conference” will be held in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province from March 9 to 11, 2026 in order to accurately grasp the pulse of industry development and seize the commanding heights of technological innovation.
