The first part of the presentation is an overview of the update of the French safety guide for binders plants. It provides plant workers and managers best practices to help them in the risk and safety management in their activities.
The general structure of the guide is presented and completed by two extracts that illustrate the practical aspect of the guide.
The second part of the presentation describes very quickly how the public work sector has been impacted by the Covid-19 health crisis, and how French contractor’s federation, including French federation of emulsion manufacturers and techniques, led different actions at local and national levels to face the situation.
