The MARINI-ERMONT training center is based on educational fundamentals regularly updated according to the changing expectations of its customers and the contributions of technology in terms of training around 3 areas of expertise:
● Continuous and discontinuous hot mix plants
● Cold asphalt plants
● Emulsion plants – Modified bitumen plants – Binder parks
Our goal is to offer a structured acquisition:
● Asphalt production techniques
● The global approach to preventive and predictive maintenance
● The troubleshooting methodology
● Safety in the environment of an asphalt plant
Our approach is innovative, it promotes all the learning values of the participants. We alternate between theory and practice / application of knowledge (training on 1/5th models, digital educational solutions, virtual reality, etc.).
