Étienne le Bouteiller graduated as Civil Engineer in 1975 in Paris. Then he obtained a master degree in Engineering Geology in 1976, also in Paris. Retired in 2016, Étienne is now a consultant for the road industry. He has been involved in the IBEF since the beginning in 1996 and is now Senior Advisor in this organisation. He presents us today
