The IBEF Executive Committee will miss one of their most respected, faithful and reliable member.
Carl had been involved in IBEF’s Executive Committee for many years as Technical Coordinator and industry liaison role representing IBEF in the CEN Technical Committee on Bituminous Binder.
He helped IBEF extensively in promoting bitumen emulsion technologies and helping the organization launch very successful global webinars.
He was also heavily involved at the first development stages of the future white paper on Sustainability IBEF will publish this year.
